Sekolikoo Desktop is the fully offline product presented on this site. It stores school data locally and brings student administration, academics, fees and teacher payroll into one desktop workspace.
Arrange installation and activation
Request the installer and confirm operating-system compatibility and license terms with the team. The desktop activation screen accepts a license file for the computer; follow the instructions supplied with your installer.
Set up the school structure
Prepare your school identity and academic year, then create rooms, classes, subjects and teachers. Assign subjects and teachers to classes before planning lessons.
Add students
Enter students individually or use the Excel student import workflow. Review the template, preview and validation messages before importing. Check class assignments and parent contact details afterward.
Start the next workflow
Set academic periods and assessments for marks and report cards, fee structures for invoices, or teacher contracts for payroll. Daily administration runs locally without an internet connection.
Keep a separate backup of your school data and associated files using a procedure agreed with support. The fully offline edition does not promise automatic cloud backup or synchronization.
